With more than 35 years as a resident of Coastal Georgia, Matt brings a lifetime of local knowledge and perspective to every inspection. As the son of an Army veteran, he was raised with strong values of service, discipline, and kindness—principles that continue to guide his work today. A graduate of Leadership Georgia (Class of 2023), the state’s oldest and most respected leadership program, Matt is deeply connected to communities across Georgia, from the coast to the heartland, and is genuinely invested in the places and people he serves.

With decades of experience in construction, HVAC, surveying, and project management, Matt pairs technical expertise with a thoughtful, neighborly approach—allowing him to see details others may miss while keeping the bigger picture in focus.

He and his wife, Stephanie, are family-focused and avid dog lovers, with a close-knit extended family spread throughout the Midwest and across the country. While Matt was primarily raised in Georgia, both he and Stephanie have lived in different parts of the U.S., giving them firsthand insight into relocation, homeownership, and the importance of feeling confident when starting fresh in a new place. That shared experience helps them connect naturally with homebuyers and REALTORS® from many backgrounds, especially those relocating to Coastal Georgia.
